Open Position: California Licensed Therapist
Narra Psychotherapy is looking for a California Licensed Therapist (LPCC/LMFT/LCSW). This is a part-time, remote position.
The ideal candidate has a clear sense of the population and issues they are passionate about serving; is committed to providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive care; values collaboration and is eager to be part of a supportive team environment; brings their own therapeutic style and preferred modalities as we welcome a variety of approaches and encourage clinicians to practice in alignment with their strengths and expertise; maintains clear boundaries between their professional and personal life; is mindful of representing Narra Psychotherapy during marketing and outreach activities; and is comfortable promoting their clinical work and understands that marketing is part of building a caseload in a private practice setting, with some support from Narra Psychotherapy’s outreach efforts. We also understand this is a part-time position and encourage candidates to maintain other employment, so long as it is not with another private practice in order to avoid potential conflicts of interest.
