Open Position: California Licensed Therapist

Narra Psychotherapy is a telehealth, private pay group practice looking for a California Licensed Therapist (LPCC/LMFT/LCSW) to join the team. This is a part-time, remote position.

The Ideal Licensed Therapist demonstrates a strong commitment to providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. We welcome a variety of clinical approaches and encourage clinicians to practice in alignment with their strengths, expertise, and professional identity. They value collaboration and communicate consistently and professionally, are open to both giving and receiving feedback and guidance, and actively engage in consultation as part of their ongoing professional growth and development. They demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills and maintain clear, healthy boundaries between their professional and personal lives. They are also comfortable and committed to participating in marketing and outreach efforts, understanding that these are an essential part of building and maintaining a caseload in a private practice setting. They represent Narra Psychotherapy with professionalism, authenticity, and care.
