Who I support…
I am most passionate about supporting adults (18+) who are navigating life transitions, chronic stress, trauma, or realizing they’ve put their own needs on the back burner for far too long.
Mental health concerns rarely fit into neat, tidy boxes. Life struggles look entirely different for everyone and often show up in unexpected ways. Sometimes it feels like an overwhelming weight in your chest or a constant mental loop, while other times it appears as physical fatigue, difficulty saying "no," or simply feeling disconnected from who you are. As a virtual practice, I offer a steady, convenient space to help adults navigate these complex everyday struggles.
Whether that’s learning to set healthier boundaries, processing loss and major life shifts, or breaking free from the exhausting cycle of people-pleasing and burnout. Together, we’ll work on reconnecting your mind and body, building authentic communication in your relationships, and supporting harm-reduction strategies that meet you where you are. My approach is centered on empowering you to step back into the driver's seat of your life, transforming those unexpected feelings of anxiety, sadness, or self-doubt into deep personal growth and resilience.
What it’s like to work with me…
Working with me feels like having a collaborative guide and a dedicated ally in your corner. Honest feedback is encouraged! I am someone who meets you exactly as you are, without any expectation for you to be anyone else. Above all, our space is one where you are fully encouraged to show up as your authentic self. You never have to put on a mask, filter your emotions, or pretend to have it all together. You are welcome to show up tired, hopeful, angry, overwhelmed, or anywhere in between. We’ll celebrate your small wins just as intentionally as we navigate the heavy battles, finding that sweet spot where you feel both deeply comfortable and comfortably challenged. I honor your unique background and culture, moving at your pace and integrating the mind-body connection through grounding exercises when you simply need space to breathe. Think of this as your personal journey: you are the hero of your story, and I am here as an authentic, real human to offer a safe space where we can laugh, cry, and help you step confidently into who you are.
On a personal note, I love…
On a personal note, I love giving back and staying active through a few favorite passions. When I’m not working, you can find me fostering dogs or relaxing with some sunset beach yoga. For fun, I enjoy a movie night out or gathering friends together for a lively night of karaoke. Balancing a purposeful career with these everyday joys keeps me grounded, energized, and ready to show up fully for the people I work with.
